Patrick Bancke is an entrepreneur, humanitarian, NGO founder, and systems-builder focused on creating sustainable solutions in emerging markets. As founder of Nepal Medics, he has developed community-based emergency medical systems in Nepal, strengthening prehospital care and disaster response. He is also an experienced real estate professional, investor, and certified executive and entrepreneurial coach. Through Mauri Ventures, Patrick mentors Nepali entrepreneurs, combining business expertise, strategic leadership, and field experience to foster sustainable ventures and local entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Er Anup KC
Anup Khattri Chettri is a German-educated chemical engineer, institution builder, and civic leader with over two decades of experience in Germany and Nepal. He founded the Gayatri Interdisciplinary Research Institute to promote scientific research, global collaboration, and mentorship. He advises organizations including Mauri Ventures and the Wool Development Association of Nepal, while actively contributing to civic dialogue, rural education, and youth mentorship.
Tanka Prasad Dahal
Tanka Prasad Dahal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international marketing, office administration, and higher education. He holds an MSc in International Project Management and an MBA in HR from the UK, along with a Master’s degree in Sociology from Nepal. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty at Malpi International College and Apex College, he brings strong academic and practical insights into the classroom.
Bikash Pokharel
Bikash Pokharel is a fintech strategist, social innovator, and founder of Atom Launchpad—an initiative empowering young people in Nepal through market-relevant skills, mentorship, and pathways to employment. As Head of Strategy – Fintech & Global Business at IME Group, he works across financial inclusion, digital innovation, and international partnerships. Through the YEF-supported Atom Launchpad program, Bikash aims to bridge the gap between education and employment and enable young people, particularly those from underserved communities, to build meaningful careers.
