The future of healthcare in Nepal just got a major boost. This past week, the halls of The British College were buzzing with energy, late-night coding sessions, and groundbreaking ideas as it hosted the Regional Harvard Health Hackathon.
As a proud partner in this journey, Mauri Ventures is thrilled to celebrate the successful conclusion of this regional leg, which proved that when young minds are given a platform, they can solve some of the most pressing challenges in the medical world.
A Hub of Creativity and Collaboration
Under the dedicated leadership of Ganesh Paudyal, our regional hub partner, the event brought together 17 dynamic teams. Each team arrived with a unique vision, ranging from digital diagnostic tools to community-based health interventions.
Watching these innovators pivot, prototype, and pitch was a testament to the talent brewing within Nepal’s startup ecosystem. The atmosphere was a perfect blend of competitive spirit and collaborative learning, demonstrating exactly what we mean when we talk about “creativity meeting commitment.”

While every participant deserves immense credit for their hard work, the journey is just beginning for the top performers. The winning teams—to be announced shortly—will represent the best of this regional cohort as they advance to the National Finale.
